Installation and feedback
Getting started
- Request access with your email and a few details about your work.
- After you receive an invitation, create an account and verify the same email. Check your beta access for the installer and expiry date.
- Install Mesharo for Windows. Sign in with your approved email, select Closed beta and activate this computer.
- Test using copies of your models. Connect to the internet at least once every 24 hours.
Download warnings
New downloads may trigger a browser or Windows reputation warning. If your antivirus blocks the download or installation, send us the exact warning and the installer filename so we can investigate. Do not disable your antivirus.
Report a problem
Email jonas@formzix.com with your app version, Windows version, the stage and settings you used, what you expected, and what happened. Include a screenshot if possible.
Do not send passwords, licence tokens or confidential client models. Ask before sharing large files. No mesh files are uploaded automatically.
Account access
Use Forgot password on the account page if you cannot sign in. Account creation alone does not grant beta access. You can activate two computers; deactivate an old one from your account when moving devices.
Expiry
When access ends, new processing stops. Saved projects and exported files remain on your computer. Contact us if you need more testing time.
